About Our Owner/Principal

Regina Dejana founded her company in 2003. She created the firm to build upon her past successes in managing meetings and events for some of the most prestigious financial services companies in the world, including: Merrily Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney.

In the earlier days of her career, Regina worked for Merrill Lynch. As a Vice President, Regina managed a team of event planners with responsibility for managing events and meetings for Merrill Lynch’s Global Debt Markets Division and its International Private Client Group.

Regina also managed special projects and meetings for the Offce of the CEO. Regina has produced a wide range of meetings and Events including National Sales Meetings, CEO forums, Charity Events, Board of Director Meetings, Shareholder Meetings and Leadership Conferences with as many as 1,200 people.
